FYI, according to today's paper, the Southeastern District Health Department is changing its name to Southeastern Idaho Public Health. Reportedly that is to avoid chronic confusion with the state's Department of Health and Welfare. In any event, their website has changed to www.siphidaho.org. Email addresses aren't changing... at least yet.
